HISTORY

THE B2B PROJECT BEGAN AS
A SIMPLE CONCEPT:

bring together exceptional operating executive women pursuing corporate Board service who commit to championing one another and to pursuing leadership excellence in the Boardroom.

Today, The B2B Project is a professional society that unites senior executive women who serve or plan to serve on corporate Boards.  We meet regularly in peer forums to discuss issues integral to Board service and develop deeper understanding of Board leadership challenges. We build close bonds of trust.

We strive to change a national conversation of necessary compliance to one of sustainable optimal diversity of thought, perspective and experience with the goal of improving the collective effectiveness of Boards of Directors.
