THE B2B PROJECT BEGAN AS
A SIMPLE CONCEPT:
bring together exceptional operating executive women pursuing corporate Board service who commit to championing one another and to pursuing leadership excellence in the Boardroom.
Today, The B2B Project is a professional society that unites senior executive women who serve or plan to serve on corporate Boards. We meet regularly in peer forums to discuss issues integral to Board service and develop deeper understanding of Board leadership challenges. We build close bonds of trust.
We strive to change a national conversation of necessary compliance to one of sustainable optimal diversity of thought, perspective and experience with the goal of improving the collective effectiveness of Boards of Directors.
WHAT IS THE B2B PROJECT?
The B2B Project is a 501(c)(6) that develops and employs best practice methodologies to foster optimal diversity in corporate boardrooms and align the collective leadership capabilities and character to corporate strategy and culture. Through our project work, corporate Boards have access to an active community of Members who would align to corporate competency matrices and enhance diversity.
WHAT IS THE B2B PROJECT FOUNDATION?
The B2B Project Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that offers peer forums and programs for women Directors who are committed to our mission and to excelling in Board leadership. Through the peer forums, Members learn from one another by sharing thoughts, perspectives and experiences – and as a result make better, more informed decisions as corporate Directors. Through the programs, Members learn through exclusive meetings and discussions with notable speakers and leaders in Board service.
